Chi Rho Center will confirm your reservation upon receipt of the contract and deposit. A full refund of the deposit will be granted if cancellation occurs 60 days prior to your event, and 50% will be refunded if 30-day notice is given.

You are requested to notify Chi Rho Center of your anticipated attendance two weeks prior to the event. Your group will be responsible for this number, plus or minus 10%.
